Alyssa Giles joined A1 Development Solutions in July 2026, bringing experience in real estate transaction coordination and a strong background in economics, business, and legal studies. As a licensed South Dakota Broker Associate, Alyssa has a strong interest in real estate and helping others navigate the development and transaction process.
Prior to A1, Alyssa gained experience in real estate transactions, escrow and title work, document management, and client communication. She supports development projects from initial planning through completion, working closely with clients, consultants, and government agencies.
Alyssa graduated from South Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics in 2025 and a Master of Economics with an emphasis in Business Economics in 2026, along with a minor in Legal Studies.
