Project Manager

Position Overview:
A Project Manager at A1 Development Solutions is responsible for the tactical execution and day-to-day operations of a project working on behalf of the A1 Team and our clients. An ideal candidate will have proven ability to plan and organize large amounts of dynamic information and guide team members, clients, and stakeholders to achieve the overall desired outcomes together. Organization and communication skills will be natural and well established.
Core Position Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of a portfolio of assigned projects with respective Project Executives (Partners and/or Consultants).
- Plan, define, and manage project schedules and task lists – tracking milestones and deadlines.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues; escalating to Project Executive as necessary to maintain project momentum.
- Maintain project documentation such as meeting notes, communications and project tracking tools.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong, collaborative relationships.
- Measure and report progress regularly to the entirety of the team.
- Attend and help lead project meetings with partners/consultants, clients, and stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes of a project; facilitating discussions and driving decision-making.
- Maintain an elevated level of professionalism and exercise the strictest level of confidentiality with all materials associated with the organization, projects, clients, and stakeholders.
- Exercise discretion and sound judgment when interacting with others as a direct representative of A1 Development Solutions.
- Provide logistical & administrative support to project teams.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Post-secondary degree (AS, AAS, BS+) in Agriculture, Agricultural Business, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, GIS, Construction Management or related field
- 2+ years of Project Coordination or Project Management experience
- Familiarity or experience in at least 3 of the following areas: agriculture/production, commercial/industrial business, engineering, finance, permitting/zoning, real estate, marketing, grant writing, economic development, legal/contracts, or reporting.
- Proactive, strategic thinker
- Committed to continuous learning & growth
- Adaptable under pressure; effective independently and in teams
- Results driven & receptive to feedback
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Clear, thoughtful communicator who can maintain discretion & confidentiality
- Proven interpersonal skills, including the ability to empathize with others, manage one’s own reactions, and build trust across diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Sign, Canva, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with mapping software, i.e. Google Earth, LandID, OnX, Surety, ArcGIS, etc.
- Experience with project management software tools such as Monday.com (or Trello, Asana, Smartsheet or similar)
- 5+ years of Project Management experience

Mandatory Requirements:
- Must possess the ability/authorization to work in the US.
- Must have a valid US driver’s license and reliable transportation.
